Gather your pets history, habits, veterinarian info, and names/numbers of emergency contacts. We request 2 house keys at the time of meeting-one for your sitter and one for the office in case there's an emergency with your sitter.
Meet with your sitter to create the best routine for you and your pets. A service contract will completed clearly stating your instructions, services, and fees. We want to ensure your pet's safety and comfort.
Your service begins. Daily instructions are carried out, and we'll take care of your pets like our own. On our last visit, we'll leave a note letting you know how things went in your absence, and reminding you to call so we know you're home on schedule. Our service continues until you call to let us know you're home.
